1.  General description
 HZD Bin Blender is widely used for blending  powder materials. Its blending evenness is high and load coefficient is high.  The movable bin is very convenient to load, blend, discharge and clean. And it  can form a flow line with other equipments, and avoid the dust flying and cross  contamination that because of transferring material repeatedly.
 This equipment has the function of raising,  clamping, blending and descending. One bin blending can equip different models  of bins, and meet the requirements of various capacities. It is a ideal  equipment of pharmaceutical factory for final blending, and also widely used in  food and chemical industry.

2.  Work principle
 This equipment consists of frame, rotary  cage, drive system, lifting system, brake system and control system. When  working, push the bin into rotary cage, and then press the confirm button on  touch screen, the bin will be lifted in position and clamped automatically.  After the pressure sensor gets the sign of clamping, the drive system will  begin the blending work according to the set time and speed. When reaching the  set parameters, the brake system will stop the rotary cage to a horizontal  position, and the blending process is finished. Then the lifting system begin  to descend the bin to the ground, and then stop automatically. At last the  technical data is printed. Push the bin out of rotary cage to the next process.

3.  Features of the equipment
 1. Intelligent PLC control system, and  graphic interface.
 2. There is no dead corner inside the  bin.  And there is no dust leakage or  cross contamination in the sealed condition.
 3. The discharge butterfly valve has the  device for avoiding misoperation.
 4. Easy to operate, maintain and clean.
 5. The movable bin is convenient to  transfer material, and it is easy to load and unload.
 6. Blending time and blending speed can be  adjusted by touch screen, it can ensure the blending efficiency is good. System  can position, print and record technical parameters automatically. And there is  fault warning and alarm function.
 7. It can finish all the motion such as  clamping, lifting, blending and descending.
 8. Bin can be replaced. It is suitable for  variety products.
